Around 2008, we relied upon store-bought honey, and that’s when our story started. Initially, we thought the honey we used as a flavouring ingredient in many dishes was pure. But to our amazement, the honey was nothing but a sugar syrup. Honey was evolving into a prime target for economically-motivated adulteration. And with that, in 2014, with a hope and a mission to make a difference, we ventured into Bee Keeping. We took an oath to cling to the International Quality Standards of Raw Honey.
